I don't have specific worksheets for this initially homework. Simply write in your journal. However, I will be doing additional blog posts with journal prompts and worksheets over the course of the next couple weeks.
I did make mention of some releasing rituals. I will do blogs on those as well. Feel free to add your own suggestions in the comments.

This will begin on your MARCH billing. February rate is still the $22. Price won't change until 3/1.

This is a course, so just like any other course it is expected to do your homework. If you are having problems be sure to reach out on the group or to me directly.
Post engagement is simply 1 per month. Nothing super heavy since you have work to do.
