Greetings Everyone!
We are honored to have gathered in Fellowship to venerate the Orisha and receive the Wisdom of Ifa on the 14th.
Ifa spoke to Temple Otuurupon Gunda through the Holy Odu Irosun Meji. We see Ire through Irosun Oyeku. We are STILL not engaging in anything that tries to take us out of our peace. With the fans out, we are minding our business and staying calm and cool.
"There is no magic ingredient. You are what is. The entire yam bush is in the yam. You have everything you need within you."
Before I go into the direct messages for us. Our Oluwo cast Itadogun for Irentegbe Temple. This message actually aligns to us as well. I love how the messages go together.
Otura Meji - Irentegbe Temple
Aboru aboye abosise Irentegbe Temple and aborisha family. Today is our Itadogun and the Holy Odú that manifested was Otura Méjì. It comes to us in iré.
Verse 1:
There were two friends who worked cutting vines. They worked hard and well together but they were struggling. One day, they went to consult ifa together. Ifa says, you shall rise together if you sacrifice. Offer your machete used for cutting vines and one tortoise each. When they left, one friend accused the awo of being a quack. He refused to complete the offering. The second friend, however, did not hesitate. He offered the items immediately. The next day, when they went to work, the friend who refused to give up his machete finished his work with ease. His partner, however had to cut vines with his teeth. When he asked his friend to lend his machete he refused. You fool! You gave your tool up and now want to borrow mine? He flatly refused and left his friend alone. It was then that Esu went to work. He caused the man to find a tortoise in the vines and told him to take him home. He did. A bit later, he discovered another tortoise and took him too. It was then that Obatalas daughter became very sick in heaven. Nothing could cure her. They cast Ifa. The sacrifice was one tortoise. Esu made every tortoise burrow deep into the earth, making them invisible. When the emissaries of heaven got to earth, the only tortoise they found belonged to the vine cutter. They offered to buy it. Esu told him to take no less than one million. They quickly gave him the money with ease. They took the tortoise and cured Obatala's daughter. Soon after, Olokuns daughter had the exact same problem. Again the emissaries came to the vine cutter. This time Esú told him to take two million. They paid him. The vine cutter became wealthier than the king. Later, his friend was working on the roadside when the vine cutter approached on horseback. He was accompanied by guards who were forcing everyone to clear the road. The vine cutter rode up and asked the guard to stand down. He asked his friend "You don't recognize me? Its is your friend!" He asked how he came to be so wealthy. "It was the sacrifice i made! Come, let us make the sacrifice for you today so you took might prosper." The vine cutter shared enough for him to make his ẹbọ.

Verse 2:
Orunmila was enjoying an upswing in everything. His clients were being blessed. His predictions came true. His life was balanced. He went to consult Ifa. Will my good fortune continue? Will I enjoy more elevation? They cast ifa for Orunmila. They told him to sacrifice because of powerful beings. People who could undo your great fortune. Orunmila asked, is it Esu? They said no. Is it Ogun? They said no. Is it Sango, Obaluaiye, Obatala??? No, no, no. Who is it then? The awo said, it is Awon Iyami Osoronga. Orunmila was disappointed... The women? Ah! I'm not concerned with them at all. They named the sacrifice; one bottle of palm oil, a bottle of gin and obi. Orunmila refused. Shortly thereafter, things began to falter. They went from bad to worse. Orunmila couldn't recover, despite his best efforts. Finally, he put two cowries with three. I remembered what Ifa said. He went back to the awos to perform the sacrifice. Now, it was a barrel of palm oil, a keg of gin and a basket full of obi. Orunmila complied. But he wanted to see these powerful beings. So they told him to place the ebo in front of his house and to hide nearby. He did. While he waited, his neighbor from the right came out to take of the sacrifice. Orunmila was shocked; You?!?! She said yes! Later his neighbors from the left came out. You?!?! She said, ME!!! Finally, Orunmila's wife came out and took from the sacrifice. Orunmila exclaimed, You too?!?!?! She said, Yes, me too! And so Orunmila cried out, You powerful beings, I bear witness to your powers! He called them by name. Orunmila acknowledged their power. From.then onward, he recognized them and they supported Orunmila.

Irosun Meji- Our Direct Message
This wasn't from the other day, but still heavy on needing the increase in Ase to be protected. This doesn't just come from ceremony. It comes from the work that you must do before you get to the mat.
Protection. Protecting your truth and the Wisdom. Birth. Something new being born. Tell the truth and shame the devil.
"Baby you can do it take your time do it right, you can do it baby"
Irosun and Otura both represent birth in a metaphysical sense. Irosun being birth that is more present physically, and Otura being a spiritual birth. Both also speak about deepening into your spiritual practice. With Irosun making a specific call to Ancestor Veneration, as well as the traditions of our ancestors, and Otura being a connection to Source.
There is also the call out to feminine energy. I think it is beautiful timing that this comes on the heals of the Women's Rite of Passage.
Annual Festivals
Annual festivals are common traditions in multiple practices. If you are not an Onifa, Olorisha, Iya/Babalorisa, or Iyanifa/Babalawo; what festivals should you still be doing?
You all have Ori and Egun. Celebrating your Ori is easy. It's your Birthday. I would personally suggest that even those with Ile Ori hold two. That's just a person though.
Note - Don't forget to give prayers to your Ori daily and offerings every 4 days.
An annual celebration of your Ancestors, If you don't know when to do it, here are two suggestions.
My lineage does our celebration the same week as Dia De Los Muertos. Here in the Diaspora the energy is rife for Ancestor Veneration.
Thanksgiving. Family is generally already together in a spirit of gratitude.
Last week the Ancestors asked for a celebration in conjunction with Memorial Day as well, since this observance was Ancestor Veneration for the Black Soldiers who died.
Note - Don't forget to give prayers to your Egun daily and offerings every 4 days.

Itans - What do you hear Ifa saying to us as a Collective?
Put that ish on, have faith, invest in self, get the bag
The corn pap seller of Idanre was in debt. She was buying corn on credit but not making any money and thus adding on more debt. She finally consults Ifa to see how to be successful. She is told she will get out of debt and be successful. She is advised an ebo is needed. The Awo complete the ebo and advise she is needing to now make her payment. She says she doesn't have the money. They ask her, "Wasn't your ebo prepared and accepted?" The Awo advised her they would be back in 3 months.
When the Awo retuned they found the woman in her stall and a line. She was leaned against a stool in fine clothes. The Awo remarked on the fact that she was wearing the clothes of a rich woman. She gave them the money she owed and praised the priests.
What do your people need? How do you strengthen the community?
There is a King and he is wanting to know how to have success and goodness in his land. He is advised to give an ebo. He gathers all of the materials, though after some struggles, and presents his ebo materials to be blessed.
Shortly after the Chiefs of the land come with offerings and paying their respects to the King, something they had not done before.
The Chiefs each told the King the things needed for their respective lands.
The King was then able to make informed decisions that created growth and goodness in the land. He was also able to build connections with neighboring kingdoms.
Did you put your people on? Are your people putting you on? Get you people that mention your name and gas you up when you not around.'
A priest named Igba was traveling to Oyo. He consults Ifa to know if he would prosper and he was told to give an ebo. He gives the ebo and sets out to Oyo. He gets a home to stay in and gets to work. He does many divinations and all he divines comes to pass. The clients are so grateful they sing his praises around Oyo. Word gets around and the King reaches out for a divination. He lost something and needed help finding it. Igba advises he will find i and to give his offering. The King does and 3 days later he finds whatwas missing for the last 3 years. By then Igba is back home and working his farm. The King sends a messenger to bring Igba back. Igba comes back and he is welcome by the King and given a home in the palace.

Spiritual or fated encounters, potential illusions or heightened romanticism in collective relationship themes
A flowing circuit of inspired action, emotional fire, and desire. People may feel stirred to pursue passion, connection, or purpose—but need discernment to stay grounded.
Healing through brave confrontation. There’s potential collective blessing or “medicine” in facing relational wounds head-on. Themes of “I choose me, and I choose us” arise.
A karmic call toward spiritual structure, sacred routines, and service as healing. People may be asked to move beyond logic into trust—but with discipline.
Letting go of perfectionism, hyper-analysis, and hidden self-criticism. There’s a call to surrender control over the unknowable and stop trying to "fix" everything in isolation.
Major breakthroughs around money, sex, death, legacy, power, and shared resources. Uranus brings sudden insight. The Sun here says: “Something hidden must now be revealed.”
Collectively, this could indicate a reawakening or disruption that forces people to reevaluate what they're holding onto too tightly—physically or emotionally.
The Sag Moon in the 3H wants freedom, truth, and movement.
The Gemini Jupiter in 9H wants to gather data, broaden perspectives—but can scatter energy.
This tension might reflect info overload vs. emotional clarity. Messages might come quickly and from unexpected places—discernment is key.
Public/collective path (MC in Cancer) is emotionally rooted—leadership through nurturing, ancestral connection, and protective care.
Values (2H Scorpio) are being purified: devotion (Vesta) and committed sacred contracts (Juno) may be challenged or solidified. People may be redefining what loyalty really means—especially when tied to power or soul bonds.
Scorpio on the 2H cusp: Deep transformation around what we value, how we earn, and how much control (or fear) we place around money. There may be a push to face financial fears head-on, cut energetic cords, or detox attachments to scarcity.
Vesta in Scorpio: Devotion and sacred focus on financial healing. This could look like:
Redirecting energy from chaotic spending to aligned investments.
Creating ritual or focused intent around money (think: money altars, ancestral financial healing).
Juno in Scorpio: Long-term commitments tied to money—this could involve rethinking contracts, soul agreements, or merging finances with others. There may be karmic entanglements here that need clarity or renegotiation.
Sun conjunct Uranus in Taurus: 🔥 This is huge. Sudden revelations about money, especially shared or inherited wealth, business partnerships, loans, or taxes. Also linked to worthiness.
Inspired action: Do something unconventional to shift financial reality. Think outside the box—start a new revenue stream, break from toxic business dynamics, or radically change how you price/value your offering
Sun here lights up the need to own your power and shed outdated financial entanglements or scarcity beliefs.
Detach from Financial Entanglements That Drain You
Juno in Scorpio suggests some people may be in outdated financial "marriages" (literal or energetic)—jobs, partnerships, or agreements made from survival. It’s time to renegotiate or sever those ties.
Disrupt the Routine with a New Stream or Strategy
Sun–Uranus in the 8H screams: "The same old ain’t gonna cut it."
This may be the green light to:
Try an unconventional offer or side hustle.
Pitch something new, especially if it aligns with your soul gifts.
Use technology or innovation (e.g., digital offerings, collective fundraising).
Create a Money Ritual Rooted in Devotion
Vesta says this isn’t just about budgeting—it’s about honoring money as sacred energy.
Light a candle, call on ancestors, do gratitude lists tied to income already received. Be specific and ceremonial.
Audit Your Value System
What are you giving time and energy to that doesn’t align with your worth? With Venus in Aries (7H), inspired financial shifts must be rooted in self-worth and brave decision-making.
Ask: Does this opportunity honor who I am becoming?
Use Relationship Mirrors to Heal Financial Blocks
Venus–Neptune–Vertex in the 7H means money matters might get revealed through relationships. If someone triggers a lack or value wound—there’s your portal.
“Financial liberation begins where I stop hiding my power. I am the source. I am the spark. The river of abundance flows through devotion, disruption, and divine self-trust.”
Curious how we will see this manifest.
