Each session includes a short teaching from the tradition, practical tips to apply the wisdom, and time for reflection. Whether you're new to Isese or already walking the path, your good energy is welcome here.

Who, When, Where
This space is for anyone, i any age group, at any stage of their spiritual practice. Good Energy is the only requirement. Though we kick off on a Saturday, we will meet once a month on Sundays at 10am EST. I will endeavor to stay within 75 minutes. Dressing in white not required, but encouraged. Just be comfortable. We meet in zoom and though I would love to see a "congregation" of people if you will, I understand that may not always be possible.
