Distance Reiki and Release Ritual

Hello Everyone - As you know we are doing Shadow Work. As a way to help support you, we are going to do a channeled Energy Session. This is an Online Session. You do not have to be in person to be a part of this ritual. I will be supported by my Godsister, Iya Jessi who is a Reiki Practioner and also specializes in EMDR. Please read the notes below so that you can be fully prepared.

• This is an all white event. 
• Preparation for the event - Write down what you hope to release. You can make a list or write it in the form of a letter. There is no right way. Take a spiritual bath. You can use the Omiero recipe that I shared (It's under the replay tag).
• Eat light if possible, at minimum within those 2 hours prior to our session
• if you can, have a white candle (Tea Light is fine)
• Drink plenty of water before and after (be sure to potty before)
• Be someplace where you can either sit up comfortably or lie down
• If you can have headphones on cool. I'm going to try to have some soothing music. I cracked my singing bowl (cries)
• Reiki can make you release...ummm physically... sorry in advance
• I will do a short visualization to place you somewhere and then it will be quiet. Try not to go to sleep LOL
• I'll do a 1 card pull and self care after we come back.
• Iya Jessi and I may give you some additional insight based on what we sense or perceive during the work.
