Ori - Our Divine Self ... the literal translation of the word is "Head" or "Consciousness" Our Physical and Spiritual Head pick up debris as we move about in the world. It's good spiritual hygiene to do a spiritual bath periodically whether you do spiritual work or not. The same is true of your Ori. Though you can cleanse your head periodically, the Ori Cleansing Ritual not only cleanses but helps you to realign to your destiny. Tools Needed Fresh Herbs (rosemary, basil, mint, etc.) and essential oils that align with you Any of the above you have access to - Those with the ability to do so should divine on the items your Ori is requesting Obi (Kola Nut) Orogbo (Bitter Kola) Honey Salt Epo Pupa (red palm oil) Fish Banana Omi (water) You'll want to write down what you want to ask of your Ori Come dressed in white You'll need a towel You're going to be in white afterwards (sleep in white) Cover your head in white Sleep on white If you have a partner I encourage bringing them and having them cleanse as well (no adult activities that evening, especially if your partner hasn't cleansed) Ask me about the donation per child or for the family Mind what you digest visually and physically
