Reiki or simply Energy Work - Energy healing is not new age. Nor is it limited to a specific tradition. Many traditions have modalities to help us keep our energy aligned to our wellness ad good condition. During a Reiki Session, I am simply the conduit. Though the signature of my Ase is present, the actual energy is Mother Earth (Aiye) and Yours. I am the conduit for the support of Mother Earth's Ase to have a more targeted focus whe it comes to supporting your restoration ad alignment.
This is not for attunements - I offer a separate service for attunement.
Each session over 15 minutes comes with a mini reading to help me determine key areas of focus (Opele and Oracle) with a single card message and self care post session.
Meditation is Semi-Guided since I simply give you a prompt and bring you back.
