SoulFull Saturdays

Here's a snippet of  previous SoulFull Saturday Session  What is SoulFull Saturday? I used to say this isn't church, etc. etc. Truthfully it's an opportunity to join together as a collective and just get something nourishing for your Soul. My intention is that you leave it feel Soul FULL, Inspired, Encouraged, and Empowered.  Every session begins with a quick 1-card energy check and then an inspired action at the end based on the topic + Self Care.
