Collective Energy Healing

I have been feeling like doing this for a minute. My intention is to create a sacred space for you to allow yourself to emote, feel, and release. So many of my friends, associates, colleagues, and loved ones have been going through various forms of loss this and the last couple years. I want to create an opportunity to help you support your own healing process through energy healing.

You will likely cry as I guide you through this process. Allow that.

You may feel like you need to wail. Allow that.

Then breathe. Allow the healing that takes place from truly releasing to come forward.
