Black Men's Healing and Cleansing Circle

This is something I have been feeling called to do for quite some time. Here's a brief breakdown of what to expect.

What do you need to bring/have

• Wear white or something very light in color. Be comfortable though. You'll be sitting on the floor.
• You will need at least a towel and possibly a pillow to sit on 
• Bring pen and paper
• Open Mind and Heart
• Eat light, there'll be refreshments present (In Person Folks)
• Wear socks or make sure your feet are cool with being exposed since your shoes will be off (In Person)
• For spiritual practitioners, offerings for my ancestors are appropriate (In person folks)

For the Wash --virtual guests

• White Plate
• Plain (unseasonded) corn meal
• Spinach
• Spring or Distilled (not purified) water/Tap Water is Ok
• Cascarilla (you can get this at a botanica)
• Florida Water
• Black Soap
• Any fresh herbs and/or essential oils  that you resonate with (In Person Folks as well)
• Towel

Preparation

• I encourage a light spiritual bath the night before or morning of - (Wash like regular and then either do a salt scrub or salt water wash combined with a prayer to cleanse and protect. Psalm 23 is a good choice)
• Journal - Prayers that you hope to have answered for yourself
• Journal - What does it mean to be a man to you?
• Journal - What is masculine energy and what is feminine?

What to expect

To learn and have seeds that will grown food for thought planted

Ori cleanse as well as a group meditation and energy cleanse

Conversation around what the feminine means to you as a man

Divination done from the Ifa Tradition
